The event, held at 3:00 PM, brought together members of the school administration, faculty, students, and invited guests to mark the successful completion of a project led by the student association.
At the beginning of their tenure, the Amfo-Williams Led Administration resolved to embark on a legacy project that would benefit both current and future students of the department. With guidance from their patron and support from a proud alumnus who offered generous sponsorship, the team decided to refurbish two classroom units (Level 200A and Level 200B), to enhance the learning environment. The School Administration, through the School Officer and Facility Manager, supported the initiative and collaborated with the students to ensure successful execution.

A major highlight of the event was the symbolic cutting of the ribbon and unveiling of a commemorative plaque, jointly performed by Professor Samuel S. Antwi Baffour and Professor Ajediran Idowu Bello . Guests were then invited to inspect the refurbished classrooms, which have now been equipped to better support teaching and learning activities.
The ceremony concluded on a note of gratitude, as UGAPS expressed appreciation to the school administration, the alumni sponsor, faculty, and all students who contributed to the success of the project.
This initiative stands as a testament to the power of student leadership, collaboration, and vision. It is the hope of UGAPS that the refurbished classrooms will not only enhance academic experiences but also serve as an inspiration for future students to continue building on the foundation of excellence.
